The Story of Life After an Alien Abduction Told in AfterShock’s MIDNIGHT VISTA

All the alien abduction tales tell the story until or if the person comes back, but in AfterShock‘s Midnight Vista, that is just the beginning.

The series, which comes from creators Eliot Rahal and Clara Meath, follows Oliver Flores, who returns 19 years after being abducted by aliens. He disappeared when he was 8-years-old as it was assumed that his stepfather, Nomar Perez, kidnapped him. He knows that his stepfather is still with the aliens, while police believe he is on the run. Only he and his stepfather know the truth.

“At its core, Midnight Vista, is about loneliness, love and the lost,” Rahal said. “It’s a simple story about the extraordinary. He was abducted by aliens and his step-dad is still with them. The problem is … no one believes him.”

Keep an eye out for Midnight Vista #1 to land on shelves on Wednesday, Sept. 4.
