DeWanda Wise and Mamoudou Athie Join Cast of JURASSIC WORLD 3

The cast for the upcoming third installment in the Jurassic World franchise continues to take shape with the recent additions of both DeWanda Wise and Mamoudou Athie.

Director Colin Trevorrow and producer Steven Spielberg are both returning to tell the story about life with dinosaurs living among us, in captivity, following the events that took place in both Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom and the short, Jurassic World: Battle at Big Rock.

Wise, who is best-known for her breakout role in the Netflix series, She’s Gotta Have It, has currently wrapped up production on the film, Fatherhood.

Meanwhile, Athie, will appear in the sci-fi thriller, Underwater, in 2020, while also having recently completed an appearance on an eight-episode miniseries, Oh Jerome, No.

Jurassic World 3 is currently on tap to debut in theaters on June 11, 2021.
