Key Concept Art Released Online in Building Anticipation for AVATAR 2

Four official concept art images have been released for Avatar 2 and they not only capture the beauty of the planet masterfully, but definitely further builds the excitement for the upcoming second installment.

James Cameron‘s sequel will pickup after the events of Avatar, in which a paraplegic Marine, who is dispatched to the moon of Pandora, on a unique mission, becomes torn between following his orders and protecting the world he feels is now his home, as well as the inhabitants, which he considers is his family.

The film will return a trio of stars from is predecessor in Sam Worthington, Zoe Saldana and Sigourney Weaver, but also includes newcomers, Vin Diesel, Kate Winslet and Jemaine Clement.

Avatar 2 is currently slated for a 2021 holiday season release on Dec. 17.
