DC FanDome: THE BATMAN is Vengeance in First Official Teaser Trailer
August 22, 2020Filmmaker Matt Reeves blessed The Batman fans with numerous Easter eggs for the forthcoming film, but the icing on top was in the form of an almost 2.5-minute teaser of footage.
Reeves stopped by to dish on all things The Batman, while offering a few nuggets, but none bigger than the below trailer, which gives fans their first-look at the different iterations of all the characters in the film, including Robert Pattinson in action as the ‘Caped Crusader’ and a glimpse of Zoë Kravitz as Catwoman.
The director also touched on that the film will be a Year Two story, while his upcoming The Batman series at HBO Max, will serve more as an origin Year One tale.

The Batman is now currently set to release in theaters on Oct. 1, 2021.
