THE WITCHER: NIGHTMARE OF THE WOLF Coming to Netflix as Anime Film

Fresh off the success of the first season of the live-action adaptation of The Witcher, Netflix is now bringing an anime film to its library in, The Witcher: Nightmare of the Wolf.

That’s right, the rumors of an animated film have since been confirmed by the streaming service, per the below tweet:

The series, as well as the upcoming film, are both based on the best-selling video game series, The Witcher. The story centers on Geralt of Rivia, a monster hunter, who struggles to find his place in a world where people often prove more wicked than beasts. When destiny presents him toward a powerful sorceress and a young princess, the three must learn to navigate the volatile Continent together.

The Witcher is currently streaming on Netflix and has already been renewed for a second season.
