Image/Skybound Announce TWD: THE ALIEN for Local Comic Shop Day

A previously-unreleased (in physical print form) one-shot has been announced by Image Comics and Skybound, for Local Comic Shop Day, in The Walking Dead: The Alien, by Brian K. Vaughan and Marcos Martin.

This special edition, 60-page LCSD comic book offering continues the story, one that fits firmly into the TWD universe, but in telling the story of walkers in another country, Barcelona, Spain. It starts off with a man confronting one of the creatures for the first time, stumbling, just to be saved by a woman, in full Knight armor, riding a Vespa scooter.

LCSD is an annual event which showcases the independent spirit of local comic book shops, which each put their own spin on the event to celebrate.
