The Dawn of X is getting a lot bigger in 2020, with numerous series continuing to launch and, per an announcement at MCM Comic Con London, Jonathan Hickman and Russell Dauterman are rebooting Giant-Size X-Men with, Giant-Size X-Men: Jean Grey and Emma Frost #1.

Each issue will feature a new standalone tale, per Hickman’s writing, including a different artist. The launch issue will center on the mutant nation of Krakoa, where both Jean Grey and Emma Frost have set aside their rivalry to unite in helping rescue Storm from danger.

The first Giant-Size X-Men went on sale in 1975, via creators Len Wein and David Cockrum, and introduced both Storm and Nightcrawler into the squad. It is credited with propelling the team to its prominence, which it still holds today.

Giant-Size X-Men: Jean Grey and Emma Frost #1 goes on sale in February, 2020.
