The third installment in the Predator Hunters franchise, via creators Chris Warner and Brian Thies, is en route at Dark Horse Comics in continuing the story of the savage alien hunters, Predator Hunters III.

The new limited series will serve as a prequel to the first chapter, rather than following the events of Predator Hunters II. The story, which is also modeled in continuing the 1987 feature film, Predator, will pick-up, years later, with Raphael Herrera, a former drug runner, whose cartel was completely wiped out in the first attack, who has now joined the Predator Hunters squad. While navigating the jungles of Central America, coming across another drug cartel that has been wiped out in similar gruesome fashion, tells him one thing, the Predator has returned.

Predator Hunters III #1 (of 4) goes on sale on Wednesday, Feb. 4, 2020.
