Upcoming CABLE Series to Ring in a ‘New Dawn’ for Mutantkind

Creators Gerry Duggan and Phil Noto are taking a grizzled Marvel fan-favorite character on a new trip next summer in, Cable.

The series focuses on the war veteran, Nathan Summers, aka Cable, who is from an apocalyptic future, but now living as a young mutant in the paradise known as, Krakoa. Ready for adventure and looking for trouble, Summers will set out in an attempt at saving mutantkind, while also sparking a rebellion, with new mutants, Pixie and Armor, both in tow.

“I’m thrilled to be back working in the X-Universe and very happy to get the band back together with my buddy, Gerry Duggan,” Noto said. “Cable’s always been a favorite of mine and it’s fun to work in a painterly style again. Very excited for people to read this book. I think we’re doing something really special. Stay tuned!”

Cable #1 hits bookshelves in March of 2020.
