Image to Debut a Generation-Spanning New Series, ADVENTUREMAN

A cataclysmic adventure series is coming to Image Comics, per writer Matt Fraction and the artistic duo of Terry and Rachel Dodson, and will revisit the legend of the greatest pulp hero of all-time, Adventureman.

The series picks up after the heartbreaking cliffhanger Adventureman faced in seemingly being executed at the hands of Baron Bizarre on the eve of Macabrapocalypse. Now, 80 years later, his apparent demise may not have been so. A single mother, Claire, and her ‘Adventurefan’ son, Tommy, seem to be the only two people left that remember the hero. All these memories spark a resurrection and, where his story ended, Claire’s story begins!

The triple-length Adventureman #1 goes on sale on Wednesday, April 29, 2020.
