C2E2: Marvel Reveals Next Big X-MEN Crossover Event in X OF SWORDS

Fresh off the presses at C2E2, Marvel has announced its plans to further build on Jonathan Hickman‘s X-Men universe with a sprawling, large-scale crossover event called, X of Swords.

The massive, 15-part crossover event will tie into all currently ongoing X-Men series, spearheaded by Hickman, and will find the mutant inhabitants of Krakoa facing their collective-biggest threat yet!

The crossover will find all mutants being threatened by powerful forces from the unknown, while 10 of them will rise up to defend their home, while arming themselves with legendary blades, both familiar to fans and some new. Mutantkind is finally set to meet its mystical destiny, one which will impact the entire franchise in setting the stage for future series. The X of Swords will serve as a modern X-Men epic that both longtime and new fans will surely come to love.

The X of Swords crossover event begins in July of 2020. Stay tuned!
