The creative duo of Stephanie Phillips and Robert Carey, is putting a modern spin on the Cold War in a new series, presenting a brutal espionage thriller, pulled straight from tomorrow’s headlines in, Red Atlantis.

The timely book will focus on numerous investigations and a series of happenstance into violent crimes during a U.S. election, all which leads to aggressive efforts from Russian terrorists, pinning them against a U.S. journalism student, who uncovers far more than she could have bargained for.

Red Atlantis was actually created by Jan Neumann, a former intelligence officer in Russia’s Federal Security Service,” Phillips stated. “After defecting to the U.S. with his wife in 2008, Jan worked with the FBI to find and apprehend European mobsters. Red Atlantis is Jan’s brainchild and born from a lot of his own experiences, as well as the history of the U.S. and Russia’s tense relationship.”

Red Atlantis #1 is currently slated for a June 10, 2020, release on shelves.
