A New Buckaroo Butcher is on the Scene as NAILBITER: RETURNS is Back at Image

The town of Buckaroo is expanding as a new killer is on the scene and Joshua Williamson and Mike Henderson are both back to tell the story with the return of their fan-favorite series comes, Nailbiter: Returns.

The next installment in the series will again center on the case that 16 of the world’s most-notorious serial killers were all born in the same town. Having put that case to bed, Agent Finch and Sheriff Crane are now pinned against a violent and murderous copycat, who is imitating the Buckaroo Butchers. The team will have to set out for Portland, Ore., to stop him, but first, daddy nailbiter will have to also recruit his daughter for some help as well.

“Over the last few years I have missed the world of Nailbiter and was dying to get back to it. Being back in the town of Buckaroo, the home of serial killers, feels right and satisfies the return to my horror roots that I craved,” said Williamson. “The new series builds off the mythology of the original series, has much of the same cast, expands on the mystery, BUT is its own new story.”

Nailbiter: Returns #1 is currently scheduled to hit shelves on June 3, 2020.
