DC FanDome: Jim Lee and Co. Announce Plans to Revive MILESTONE Comics
August 22, 2020 Off By Michael StagnoAt DC FanDome, moderator Marc Bernardin hosted Jim Lee, Reggie Hudlin, Denys Cowan and, the voice of Static Shock, actor Phil LaMarr, in announcing the rebirth of the Milestone imprint at DC Comics.
As of now, there are numerous plans in the work in not only reviving the publishing company, but also in adapting plenty of multimedia opportunities, like films, animated features and even podcasts.
Launching in September of this year is an initiative to digitize the Milestone library in making it readily available on most digital platforms. Plus, it was also revealed, in February of 2021, that a new Static Shock comic series is en route, as well as the return of the dynamic duo of Icon & Rocket.
Keep an eye out for the Milestone Returns #0 17-page sampler, which will be made available for FREE, during the Sept. 12, 2020, DC Fandome event dubbed, ‘Explore the Multiverse’.
