Zurich Film Festival to Honor Kristen Stewart with Golden Eye Award

The board of the Zurich Film Festival has announced that Kristen Stewart will receive its prestigious Golden Eye Award.

Stewart, who will be in attendance at the event, in conjunction with director Benedict Andrews, will premiere their latest film, Seberg, in which she portrays Jean Seberg, a French darling in the 1960s who is targeted by the FBI because of her romantic and political involvement with civil rights activist, Hakim Jamal (Anthony Mackie).

The actress also has two potential blockbusters dropping in 2019-20 in both the reboot of Charlie’s Angels and the sci-fi thriller, Underwater.

The 15th annual Zurich Film Festival is set for Sept. 26 – Oct. 6, 2019.
