POPCORN FRIGHTS FILM FEST Rescheduled, Official 2020 Logo Unveiled
March 30, 2020The bad news is that the 2020 Popcorn Frights Film Festival won’t be taking place in August, however, the good news is that it was rescheduled to premiere in the best month of the year, October!
That’s right, because of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the festival founders, in ensuring our safety, deemed it necessary (and responsibly) to move the annual event back to the tail end of the year. While we will have to wait a bit longer to experience all the gory awesomeness the festival provides, what better way to kick off Halloween month!? Plus, we also get our first-look at the 2020 promotional art below!
The festival has also extended its submission deadlines through Aug. 14, 2020. When it returns, it will take place at its usual location, the Savor Cinema, a 1940s Methodist Church, in Fort Lauderdale, Fla.
The sixth-annual Popcorn Frights Film Fest will return Oct. 1-4, 2020. See you all there! Till then, check out the complete list of PFFF films and what platform to see them on, HERE.
