An upcoming film, Imaginary Friends, which is set to land at Paramount, will star both Ryan Reynolds and John Krasinski, who not only wrote the script, but will also direct.

The film is about a man (Reynolds) who can see and talk to other people’s imaginary friends. He befriends the ones who have been since forgotten and discarded. He soon comes to find, however, some of them are lacking in love and friendship, while it’s up to him to save the world from those that could become evil.

Reynolds has been busy so far in 2019, with a laundry list of upcoming film projects. He has 6 Underground dropping on Netflix later this year and has A Christmas Carol and Clue adaptations, among others that also include Marvel films as well, coming in the span of 2020-23.

You can catch Krasinski in Tom Clancy’s Jack Ryan, which is currently in its second season, and airs exclusively on Amazon Prime Video.
