Ryan Reynolds Seen Wandering the Halls at Marvel Studios HQ
October 14, 2019The Merc with a Mouth may be arriving in the Marvel Cinematic Universe sooner than we think, based on the speculation building following Ryan Reynolds‘ most-recent visit to Marvel Studios!
Per Reynolds’ latest Instagram post, he claims he decided to take a trip to Marvel Studios to try for the ‘Anthony Stark’ role, recently vacated by Robert Downey Jr., but the contents of the meeting remains a mystery.
That said, could this be a sign that Wade Wilson, aka Deadpool, is en route or is all of this a bigger tease that Reynolds could possibly pull a Josh Brolin, a la Cable and Thanos, and possibly take on another role in the MCU, altogether?
Ever since the Disney/Fox deal was finalized this past summer, fans have been campaigning for Deadpool to join the ongoing MCU saga. Some fan theories suggest that he may already reside in there. A popular opinion is that Korg‘s online Fortnite foe, noobmaster69, from Avengers: Endgame, is indeed, actually Wade Wilson.
Whether that is the case has yet to be revealed, it is unclear whether Deadpool will ever join the MCU, considering the use of profanity and vulgar references in both Deadpool and Deadpool 2, which also introduced the X-Force and, where does that film currently stand, by the way!?
Ugh! More questions than answers right now.
