The Next Great Horror Franchise Has Arrived in First Trailer for TRICK

In what looks like a beautiful throwback to 90s slasher horror, the first trailer for Trick has released and, promises to be the next big horror franchise.

Patrick ‘Trick’ Weaver (Thom Niemann), on Halloween in 2015, massacred his classmates at a costume party. After being arrested, he escapes custody, amazingly after being shot five times by Detective Mike Denver (Omar Epps). It is presumed, by everyone, that ‘Trick’ must be dead, but when a masked killer pops up every Halloween since, taking out unsuspecting victims in gruesome ways, Denver will have his work cut out for him, but will stop at nothing to end the carnage.

The film also stars Ellen Adair, as Sheriff Lisa Jayne, Jamie Kennedy, as Dr. Steven, Vanessa Aspillaga, as Agent Tina Mendez, Kristina Reyes, as Cheryl Winston, and horror icon Tom Atkins, as Talbott.

Trick releases in select theaters, video-on-demand and digital on October 18.
