Amy Adams is Stuck Inside in First Trailer for THE WOMAN IN THE WINDOW
December 21, 2019Everyone has something to hide in the first trailer for The Woman in the Window, as one tenant of an NYC brownstone apartment descends into madness, or so she thinks.
The film is based on the best-selling novel by A.J. Finn, The Woman in the Window, and tells the story of an agoraphobic child psychologist, Anna Fox (Amy Adams). She befriends a neighbor, Jane Russell (Julianne Moore), who she believes is murdered. Having now disappeared, she suspects foul play and shocking secrets start to come to light, while nothing and, no one, is what it seems.
Director Joe Wright has put together an ensemble cast of: Gary Oldman, Anthony Mackie, Wyatt Russell, Brian Tyree Henry, Jennifer Jason Leigh and Fred Hechinger.
The Woman in the Window finds its way into theaters on May 15, 2020.
