Margot Robbie, Christian Bale and Michael B. Jordan to Star in David O. Russell Film
February 13, 2020A trio of marquee Hollywood talent has been enlisted by filmmaker David O. Russell, in conjunction with New Regency, to star in his next still-untitled drama in, Margot Robbie, Christian Bale and Michael B. Jordan.
Specifics regarding the project have yet to be divulged, but Russell will be directing his own script for the first time since doing so for 2015’s Joy. Production is slated to begin in April.
Robbie recently reprised her role as Harley Quinn in Birds of Prey: And the Fantabulous Emancipation of One Harley Quinn, which is currently in theaters. She is currently completing filming for The Suicide Squad and has many high-profile upcoming projects like, Barbie and Gotham City Sirens.
Bale starred in the 2019 breakout film, Ford v Ferrari, and will star in the upcoming fourth installment in the Thor franchise, Thor: Love and Thunder, a role that has been speculated will be that of the villain.
Jordan is currently serving as producer on the Netflix series, Raising Dion, and has Just Mercy in theaters. He will also reprise his roles as Adonis Creed and Erik Killmonger in Creed III and Marvel‘s What If…, respectively.
