D23 Expo 2019: MOON KNIGHT Series Announced for Disney+

From the pages to Disney+, Moon Knight is bound for the streaming service as Marvel has announced at D23 Expo.

Marc Spector is a former CIA agent whose life is saved by the Moon God, Khonshu, when he was left for dead in the Egyptian desert. Once inheriting his new powers, he returns to the United States under two mild-mannered aliases, a millionaire named Steven Grant and Jake Lockley, a cab driver, all while fighting crime in New York City as Moon Knight. His divine powers make him nearly immortal with the ability of flight, while he also specializes in hand-to-hand combat and weaponry.

There’s no news yet as to when production will begin, let alone a debut date on the incoming streaming service, but there are quite a few names linked to the character, including Keanu Reeves, Andrew Garfield and Kit Harington.
