Jenny Slate Announces First Original Comedy Special, STAGE FRIGHT, at Netflix

Actress and comedian, Jenny Slate, has announced an upcoming Netflix comedy special, which will also serve as a documentary.

The special will offer viewers a deeper look at Slate, both on- and off camera, in conjunction with her stand-up special on stage, from growing up in Massachusetts to serving as a voice actor on various animated series. The underlying theme of the project, how Slate has overcome her ‘crippling’ stage fright.

Slate, who most-recently got engaged, is a Saturday Night Live alumnus and also serves as the voice of numerous characters on the Netflix Original, Big Mouth.

Jenny Slate: Stage Fright will be available to stream on Netflix on October 22.
