Matt Reeves’ Sci-Fi Thriller, WAY STATION, Lands at Netflix

The rights to Matt Reeves‘ Way Station, based on the novel by Clifford D. Simak, have been secured by Netflix, in conjunction with his 6th & Idaho Motion Picture Company.

The film will follow main character Enoch Wallace, who has been the keeper at the Way Station on Earth for intergalactic, teleporting alien travelers for more than 100 years. The gifts that his alien friends have bestowed up on him, knowledge and immortality, have become a nightmarish burden, however, as he has seen the impending destruction of the human race. He might just be our last hope at survival.

Next up for Reeves, is directing The Batman, starring Robert Pattinson as Bruce Wayne (aka Batman).
