Name for NBCUniversal’s Digital Streaming Platform Revealed in PEACOCK

The upcoming streaming service from NBCUniversal finally has a name in, Peacock, which will include over 15,000 hours of both original and fan-favorite content at launch.

The name, which is based on NBC‘s iconic logo, will offer a laundry list of original series, including a reboot of Battlestar Galactica, as well as content exclusive to the brand, like Parks and Recreation.

Peacock will debut in April, 2020, as pricing, membership tiers and an official release date will all be announced closer to launch.
