Genevieve O’Reilly and Denise Gough Both Cast in ROGUE ONE Spinoff

Two more actors have been cast in both Genevieve O’Reilly and Denise Gough, for the upcoming Rogue One/Cassian Andor spinoff series at Disney+.

The two actors will join Stellan Skarsgård and Kyle Soller in the still-untitled series. It will follow the adventures of Diego Luna‘s character, Cassian Andor, alongside his companion droid, K-2SO, voiced by Alan Tudyk, in various rebel spy-like missions versus The Empire. The series will be set five years before the 2016 film.

O’Reilly, who will reprise her role as Mon Mothma, a Rebel Alliance politician, most-recently wrapped on the film, The Dry.

It’s still unclear as to what Gough’s character will be, however, she has numerous projects in the works, including the Game of Thrones prequel, Martyrs Lane and The Chain.
