Writer’s Block Proves Deadly in Official RANDOM ACTS OF VIOLENCE Trailer
July 10, 2020 Off By Haven HuthThe first trailer has arrived for Jay Baruchel‘s Random Acts of Violence, a horror adaptation of the original graphic novel from writers Jimmy Palmiotti and Justin Gray and artist Giancarlo Caracuzzo.
The story, based on the OGN Random Acts of Violence, follows famed comic book writer Todd Walkley (Jesse Williams), trying to overcome a case of writer’s block, who goes on a road trip with his wife, Kathy (Jordana Brewster), Ezra (Baruchel), his best friend, and their assistant, Aurora (Niamh Wilson). As the journey goes, the group begins to discover numerous and horrific massacres along the way, as the events which unfold play right out of the pages of Walkley’s comics.
Random Acts of Violence is currently slated to launch on August 20, 2020, exclusively on Shudder.
