Netflix Set to Launch New ANGRY BIRDS Animated Series in 2021

A new animated series from CAKE and Rovio Entertainment is set to debut, worldwide, exclusively on Netflix in, Angry Birds: Summer Madness.

The series will center on the much-loved birds, Red, Bomb and Chuck, along with a bunch of new feathered friends, at a tween summer camp, under the questionable guidance of their counselor, Mighty Eagle. There will be plenty of explosive antics, improbable pranks and crazy adventures as the characters push boundaries and break all the rules, all while fending off the obnoxious pigs on the other side of the lake.

The 40-episode launch season, each of which will be roughly 11-minutes long, will debut, globally, on Netflix in mid-2021.
