A new addition to Alan Robert‘s coloring book series, The Beauty of Horror, is en route this holiday season at IDW Publishing called, The Beauty of Horror: Tricks and Treats.

The fifth installment in Robert’s coloring books will dish on more tricks than treats in coloring his beautifully-drawn macabre masterpieces. Main character, Ghouliana, is back and plans to dish out contaminated candy in promoting fatal bites. Each page is printed on one-sided perforated pages, measuring 7×7.

“I’ve been into horror for as long as I can remember,” Robert said. “I’m also a product of all the 80s horror flicks. My favorites back then were, A Nightmare on Elm Street, Hellraiser, Evil Dead, The Thing and all the zombie Living Dead movies. But the one movie that really got me into horror … the one movie that made the biggest impact on me was, The Amityville Horror.”

Also included in Robert’s coloring book series are, The Beauty of Horror: A GOREgeous Coloring Book, The Beauty of Horror 2: Ghouliana’s Creepatorium: Another GOREgeous Coloring Book, The Beauty of Horror 3: Haunted Playgrounds and The Beauty of Horror: Ghosts of Christmas.

Keep an eye out for the book to release in September.
