Price, Launch Date and Initial Slate Set for APPLE TV+ Streaming Service

The tech giant known as Apple, you may have heard of it, has announced everything consumers wanted to know at its latest event, via price and schedule, for Apple TV+.

The subscription television service will adopt a $5-per-month streaming fee, but also announced a year of TV+ for free for anyone who purchases an Apple device as well.

The service will launch with a laundry list of content, with most shows debuting in three-episode formats, including, but not limited to, Dickinson, starring Hailee Steinfeld, See, with Jason Momoa and The Morning Show, starring Jennifer Aniston and Steve Carell.

“Our mission for TV+ is to bring the best original stories from the most-creative minds in TV and film,” Apple CEO Tim Cook said. “(The) stories that help you find inspiration, grounded in emotion, stories to believe in, with purpose.”

The upcoming streaming service will launch on Nov. 1, 2019, in over 100 countries, with capabilities of watching across all Apple devices, as well as on platforms like, Roku, Amazon Fire and Vizio, among others.
