HBO Max Obtains RICK AND MORTY Streaming Rights, Will Be Available at Launch

Showrunners for the fan-favorite animated series Rick and Morty have announced that the show is leaving its current streaming home, Hulu, and making its way over to HBO Max, next year.

The show, which is gearing up for the debut of its fourth season, having just recently received a 70-episode order, will continue to run on its current parent station, [adult swim]. The first three seasons of the series will be available, in conjunction with the launch of the HBO Max streaming service, in May of 2020. Shows will continue to premiere on [adult swim] in honoring its contract, but will then be available to stream on Max.
