A Legendary Sword Has Chosen a Queen in First CURSED Teaser Trailer

An upcoming series at Netflix will reimagine who wields the Sword of Power, as the King concedes to the chosen Queen, per the first teaser trailer for Cursed.

The upcoming series will be based on the original graphic novel, Cursed, from Thomas Wheeler and the legendary Frank Miller, in which a teenage sorceress named, Nimue (Katherine Langford) encounters a young Arthur, who is on a quest for a powerful and ancient sword. However, is a blessing or a curse?

Rounding out the core ensemble cast are: Sebastian Armesto, Shalom Brune-Franklin, Emily Coates, Rob Day, Zak Holland, Billy Jenkins, Peter Mullan, Lily Newmark, Daniel Sharman, Gustaf Skarsgård, Devon Terrell, Nicki Vickery and Catherine Walker.

The 10-episode pilot season of Cursed is currently scheduled to launch globally and exclusively on Netflix on July 17, 2020.
