HBO Drops First Trailer for Upcoming Dark Comedy Series, BAD EDUCATION

Corruption and embezzlement rocks a school district and everything rests on the shoulders of a lone superintendent in the first trailer for, Bad Education.

The show is based on the true story, from director Cory Finley, and follows a student reporter who begins to trace embezzlement at the Roslyn School District, in Long Island, New York, after the assistant superintendent makes a mistake in hinting that corruption has taken place, spanning over a decade.

The series stars Hugh Jackman, who plays Dr. Frank Tassone, the superintendent of the district, one that ranked fourth-best in the country. He’s forced to deal with the fallout of the scandal and attempts to protect all who may be involved, along with himself as well. It also stars: Allison Janney, Ray Romano, Alex Wolff, Kathrine Narducci, Kayli Carter and Geraldine Viswanathan.

Bad Education premieres on HBO on Saturday, April 25, 2020.
