The co-creator of Rick and Morty, Dan Harmon, is at it again, having enlisted Aubrey Plaza and Danny and Lucy DeVito for his new animated series, which has landed a pilot green light at FX Networks, Little Demon.

The series, which Harmon will produce, comes via creators Darcy Fowler, Seth Kirschner and Kieran Valla. It tells the story of a reluctant mother (Plaza), 13 years after being impregnated by the Devil (D. DeVito), she and her Antichrist daughter (L. DeVito) try to live ordinary lives in Delaware, but are consistently being thrown into the fray against monsters, demonic forces and, of course, Satan, who wants custody of the soul of his daughter.

Plaza and DeVito are both alums of the network, having starred in Legion and It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia, respectively.

Plaza has a few upcoming projects, including two which she will lend her voice to in, King Knight and The Ark and the Aardvark. DeVito appeared in both the live-action adaptation of Dumbo and Jumanji: The Next Level in 2019. He is also set to star in a sequel to Twins, Triplets.
