Livio Ramondelli to Make Writing Debut at IDW in THE KILL LOCK

September 19, 2019 Off By Michael Stagno

Artist Livio Ramondelli, a nine-year veteran in the industry, will make his writing debut, as well as provide the art, in a limited series at IDW, called, The Kill Lock.

The six-issue limited series will focus on four robots, each banished for crimes that they have been found guilty for, as all are linked by The Kill Lock, which is a programming function that will terminate all of them, should only one die. They all must now band together to survive.

“This was a series that I worked on for the last three years or so, kind of quietly; I only showed a couple friends while I was working on Transformers and a couple of other things, and it’s been really rewarding to work on,” Ramondelli said. “It’s the first original idea that I wrote and drew and I’m very thankful that it’s going to have a home at IDW.”

The Kill Lock #1 (of 6) will debut in December of 2019.
