Wes Anderson Announces Unbelievable Cast for THE FRENCH DISPATCH

Filmmaker Wes Anderson, in conjunction with Fox Searchlight, which picked up the worldwide distribution rights, has announced the all-star cast for his next film, The French Dispatch.

The film serves as a love letter to the journalists stationed in an outpost of an American newspaper, in a fictional 20th-century city in France, in bringing to life the stories published in a magazine called, The French Dispatch.

Enlisted for the project is a laundry list of Anderson’s usuals, including, but not limited to, Bill Murray, Tilda Swinton, Benicio del Toro, Adrien Brody, Léa Seydoux, Frances McDormand, Timothée Chalamet, Jeffrey Wright, Mathieu Amalric, Lyna Khoudri, Owen Wilson, Steve Park, Christoph Waltz, Willem Dafoe, Kate Winslet, Henry Winkler, Elisabeth Moss, Saoirse Ronan, Jason Schwartzman and Rupert Friend.

The French Dispatch is expected to debut in theaters at some point in mid- to late 2020.
