Anne Hathaway and Bill Murray Both Enlisted to Star in BUM’S RUSH
June 23, 2020Both Anne Hathaway and Bill Murray have been cast to star in the forthcoming canine drama, Bum’s Rush.
The film will center on the relationship between a boot maker, who works for Hathaway’s character, and a stray dog, Bum (voiced by Murray). The two of them find themselves at a crossroads when they are faced with a difficult decision, which could change their hearts and their minds.
The script will be helmed by C. Gaby Mitchell, while Aaron Schneider will direct and producing duties fall to Sarah Green.
Hathaway can currently be seen in The Last Thing He Wanted and also has four upcoming projects for 2020-22 in, The Lifeboat, Armageddon Time, The Witches and a spot in the Sesame Street revival as well.
For Murray, who will next appear in Ghostbusters: Afterlife, reprising his role as Dr. Peter Venkman, are two films in, The French Dispatch and On the Rocks.
